Rehearsal at the Garden Expo park for this year's Huazhao Festival

Wuhan Garden Expo Park will hold the 4th Hankouli Huazhao Festival (Flower Festival) from March 4 until the end of the month.

The festival is held every year, beginning on the 15th day of the 2nd lunar month of the traditional Chinese calendar. In addition to the Hanfu parade, many performances, handicraft fair and other activities, the festival has a newly opened "water show" this year. Every weekend, the boat on the lake in the park will carry young performers dressed in Hanfu. They will stand on the bow and play flutes or guqin.

More than 10 Hanfu associations from universities plan to team up for the Huazhao Festival. Liu Weixiu, an 80-year-old influencer "Grandma in Hanfu" from Hunan province, will also participate in the event.
